The Herb Import Company reserves the right to refuse any order or to otherwise deny service for any reason. In the event that your order is not filled, your credit card will not be charged.
Please allow 24 hours for processing of all orders. Orders placed over the weekend or after 12:00 PM CST on Friday may not be processed until Monday morning.
All orders are shipped using FedEx.
FedEx generally makes deliveries only on normal business days (with the
exception of ground, which delivers Tues-Sat). As such, Saturday and
Sunday are not counted toward the total number of days for each express
shipping option. Special Saturday delivery may be available to select
locations for an additional surcharge. Please specify in your order
notes if you are interested in special Saturday delivery.
FedEx requires a physical address for all shipments. Shipments to post office boxes are not permitted.
All shipments are shipped requiring delivery confirmation via a signature by the receiving party. In the event that this requirement is waived, the customer agrees not to hold The Herb Import Company liable for the condition of the product upon receipt. This does not preclude the customer from filing a claim with FedEx for replacement product or compensation, and The Herb Import Company will cooperate to the extent of its ability in providing documentation for the purposes of claim processing.
